Vietnam Delivery: Express Delivery with EMS or TNT: within 2 working days.
All orders are suitably packaged and sent via first class post. Delivery normally takes between 1-2 days but you need to allow up to 3-5 days for your order to arrive.
International Delivery: Your order is usually shipped in 48 hours of payment being received (Monday to Friday). All orders are suitably packaged and sent via Airmail. Delivery normally takes between 1-2 weeks to arrive.

1. Our Contract
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Ann Handicraft of Number 9 376/56/41 Gate, Buoi Street, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi (the seller) to the customer (the purchaser) named on the order form provided on the Ann Handicraft website. Together with the completed order form, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto. Our acceptance of your order by delivery of the goods constitutes a legally binding contract between us on these terms and conditions.
